New, Never Used
This collection of available items contains new and never used, mostly commercially-made merchandise.
There may be instances of already opened boxes/packages, without the item itself being handled in any way, and all of the packaging and tags are attached and intact. However, these will likely be rare instances because the best way to be sincere of their newness would be to actually witness the box or package having been opened without further handling.
Like New, Gently Used
This collection of available and mostly commercially-made items have either been tried on and found unwearable due to incorrect sizing, etc.; opened, analyzed and found unusable due to incorrect color, etc.; used once and set aside.
Shop assured, that we check everything thoroughly before acquiring and selling them. If their are any stains, cracks, tears, missing parts, etc., we DO NOT consider them for selling. If needful and possible, they may be acquired, but are instead repaired, cleaned and given to persons who have an emergency need and are unconcerned about minor, ignorable, mendableimperfections.
New & Used - Handcrafted and/or Customized
This collection of available items includes the work of crafters/artisans who make a living using their gifts and talents. In some cases, they have produced work later rejected due to events not taking place as planned or communication errors regarding monogrammed initials, etc. However, the items still fit the category of new/never used and are usable for persons who need them.
Customers will contact the creative of the item, using the information provided, and should be ready to come to an amicable agreement regarding deposits, partial payments and returns, as well as possible errors, mistakes and damages prior to placing a new order, as full payments are typically made AFTER the item is produced/the work is done.
We also ask that customers please be kind and not quibble, whine or become insulting about the creative's asking price or technique in an effort to pay a bargain basement price. Some of our creatives are young and greatly talented, but anxious about dealing with conniving customers regarding their work, which is why the Official Board of Liberty Chapel will be the youth's intermediaries, present and hidden, as needed.
If cost is a concern, we advise potential customers do some research prior to making contact, even having certain particulars they prefer already available, understanding that obtaining the necessary supplies and desired extras are challenging due to conflicts along certain shipping venues for all producers, and that costs are higher globally for many things, seen and unseen, within the various business and industry supply chains, affecting any and everyone these days. Also, life happens at some inconvenient point, personally, for everyone inviting possible delays. In the Spirit of Christ-like values, again, please, and thank you.
